By using Payminty services, you accept these terms. We aim to keep terms honest, readable, and fair. We use plain language instead of legalese — when legal equivalence is lost, we clarify with footnotes.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Payminty services, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable additional service terms (such as Family, C Wallet, B2B API).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (13+ on a Family account under a parent). You must have legal capacity to contract. You must not be on sanctions lists or applying from a FATF blacklisted country.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for the security of your account — don't share your password, enable biometric lock, report suspicious sign-ins immediately. Losses from unauthorized access are fully covered if reported within 60 days.
Service description
Payminty is a payment service provider — not a bank, not covered by deposit insurance (operating under a licensed payment institution). We don't provide investment advice. Crypto transactions carry high volatility risk — losses are your responsibility.
Fees
Current fee schedule is on /pricing. Fees won't be raised without 30 days notice. Third-party fees (bank transfer fees, network gas fees) are shown separately — we don't profit from them.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Payminty for: illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violation, copyright/trademark infringement, harming another user. Violation of this list results in immediate account suspension; funds may be frozen under legal obligation.
Intellectual property
The Payminty brand, logo, code, and content all belong to Payminty Inc. When you upload your own content (profile, messages), you grant Payminty a license to process that content to provide the service. Ownership stays with you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions. Our cap on direct damages is limited to the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months. Our intent is not to use these clauses as a shield, but to limit reasonable business risk.
Termination
You can close your account anytime (Account → Close). We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms — we'll notify you before suspension when possible. If a balance exists, funds are returned to your specified bank account within 10 business days.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. A 30-day amicable resolution will be attempted first. If unresolved, Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. EU consumers additionally have the option of their country of residence courts.
Changes to terms
Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via email. If you don't want to accept the new terms, you can close your account and withdraw your balance — no penalty.
